Saturday 21st September to Saturday 28th September
This is set to be an incredible week of sailing and yoga on the Dalmatian Coast.
Join us as we explore this fringe of idyllic islands dotted along the central coast of Croatia, dropping anchor in secluded bays, mooring up in bustling towns and visiting UNESCO Cultural Heritage Sites.
Leave everyday life behind and embark on a journey both across the crystal clear Mediterranean water, and into the deeply healing practice of yoga. Our yoga instructor, Paula, has over 22 years of experience guiding yoga, breathwork and meditation. She has an in-depth understanding, not just of the movements of yoga, but of the deep rooted philosophies behind it. This knowledge is what takes yoga from being a form of exercise to being a connection between the body, mind and soul.
To enhance your well-being further still, we will have on-board Tracy, a highly experienced holistic therapist. She is able to provide massage, reflexology and Reiki treatments, allowing you to relax, recover and rediscover your connection with the beautiful world around us.
There is an outline itinerary below, to give you an idea of our intended evening destinations, however, as the nature of sailing is to discover, each day we will find a new anchorage or swimming spot for lunch and our afternoon yoga practice.

Itinerary
Start the week in style as you arrive to your very own luxury yacht in one of the most beautiful ports in the Med – Trogir. There will be people arriving at various times throughout the day, and for anyone arriving early, there is plenty to explore in this wonderful Mediterranean town. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kamerlengo Castle, Cipiko Palace and Trogir Cathedral are well worth a visit. We will stay on board the yachts in port for our first night, a relaxed evening getting to know your skippers and crewmates, with some nibbles on board and a glass of something cold.
Our first day of sailing. After our short morning yoga practice and a light breakfast we will set sail to discover our first anchorage, where we can enjoy our first swim of the week. If there is no wind, you can face your fears and swim with us in the deep blue sea between islands. Depth >100m.
We will prepare a delicious, healthy, lunch on board, take a moment of mindfulness, and then prepare to lift the anchor and set sail for the village of Milna.
As far as Croatian villages go, Milna is about as quintessential as they come. With cobbled streets and an array of restaurants Al fresco dining doesn’t come much better than this in the late September warmth.
After a day spent both on the water and at anchor in a small bay we will head to Stari Grad. As the younger and much better-behaved sister of Hvar Town, Stari Grad is quiet, ordered and not at all ostentatious. It has the most beautiful harbours edge walk, leading you to the ocean pool , perfect for Yoga and a swim followed by a cool drink under pine trees. We will eat our dinner in the heart of the cobbled streets of this enchanting town.
Day 4 sees us sailing to the island of Scedro. Lying to the South of Hvar, Scedro is a small gem off of the beaten track. With a population of just a few families, depending on the time of year, Scedro has no roads and only small tracks between a very few houses and the bays. There is a 15th century Dominican Monastery which is open for visitors, a 13th century church, and other historic sites.
The unspoilt landscape and the far reaching history of this small island make it the perfect spot for our healing yoga practice and meditation.
We will journey to the island of Vis, the site of natural wonders such as the incredible Blue Lagoon, the Green Cave and the impossibly formed Stiniva Beach. Vis is a quiet island, a peaceful haven to explore. We can take our Yoga class here, on the lawn behind the stunning franciscan monastery at the water’s edge in Vis harbour. We can then step a few meters to the ocean to take a dip in the harbour, the perfect way to refresh after our practice.
In the morning we will set sail to what is possibly the best grotto in the Med. The Blue Cave here is much better than Capri’s namesake. Impossibly blue, light finds its way onto this natural spectacle.
After an afternoon sail, we arrive at perhaps our favourite bay in the Mediterranean Sea. Here we can anchor in a secluded bay inside a wonderful islet, just beneath the local restaurant (Šišmiš). Made almost entirely of natural local stone and wood, it is the perfect spot for some stunning photos and enjoy traditional Croatian food including fish or Lamb Peka.
After our final evening’s dinner, we will wake up in a location where you can start the day with a dive overboard. After breakfast, we can take a short hike through the forest to the town and marina of Maslinica , our morning yoga spot.
After lunch we will sail back to our starting port of Trogir. It is only a short distance, and we will stop at the Blue Lagoon of (Plava Uvala) on the small island of Veliki Drevnik, before we disembark and say farewell to a wonderful week of adventure with new friends.
Getting There/Away
These flights are just our recommendations, please do your own research into the best flight for you.
The best option is to fly into Split airport from where it is a very short bus or taxi ride to the port of Trogir.
You are bound to be on the same flight as some of your fellow crewmates, so taxi sharing can be arranged.
There are two options for this transfer:
Option 1: Bus from the airport, which takes about 10 mins and costs 2 Euros .
Option 2: Taxi, which takes 7 minutes and costs 11 Euros per person.
*Please note the itinerary is subject to weather conditions and may be changed, at any time, by the organisers.*
