General Questions

What is Sail To Success?

A luxury property mastermind and networking experience aboard yachts in Croatia with direct access to some of the UK’s leading property experts.

Who is the event for?

Property investors, developers, entrepreneurs, deal sourcers, and anyone wanting to accelerate their property journey.

Where does the event start?

Trogir Marina, Croatia — approximately 10 minutes from Split Airport.

Which airport should I fly into?

Split Airport (SPU).

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving around midday or early afternoon on Saturday 4th July. We will not set sail from the marina until Sunday morning

When do the yachts depart?

Sunday morning after all guests have boarded.

When do we return to port?

Wednesday evening back into Trogir Marina.

Is accommodation included?

Yes — accommodation aboard the yachts is included during the sailing experience.

Can I stay on the yacht after Wednesday?

Yes — attendees can typically remain onboard during the land-based training days until yacht handover on Saturday afternoon. You have the choice if you want to take a hotel on the land, but why not save the money and enjoy sitting on a yacht on the water at the end of our Land based sessions.

When should I fly home?

We recommend flying home on Monday 13th to fully enjoy the final training day.

Yacht Questions

Do I need sailing experience?

No experience is required whatsoever. We have RYA qualified skippers on board and even an RYA instructor, so if you’ve ever dreamed of learning the finder details of everything to do with sailing, it’s an added bonus!

Is the sailing hands-on?

Yes — guests are encouraged to get involved and work together as a team but you don’t have to.

Are meals included?

Breakfast and lunch are included onboard.

Evening meals and drinks are paid separately by attendees.

Are drinks included?

No — bar tabs and alcoholic drinks are separate.

Can I move between yachts?

Yes — within reason during the day to maximise networking opportunities.

Are there additional staff (stewardess) onboard?

No — there are no stewards or stewardesses. The atmosphere is relaxed, collaborative and hands-on which is a key part of forming bonds between the group.

Can couples share cabins?

Yes.
